We have saved up a few bottles over the past 4 years to guarantee a special vertical tasting. Taste the year in each vintage and try to discover how the weather affected the wines differently. 

Our baby, old gamay from next to our house semi carbonic in concrete and stainless steel and also a little bit direct press gamay. Then aged for more then 10 months in a fiberglass dome.

Cepage: Gamay noir

Lieux-dits: Les Monthieux, Montmerand

Soil type: decomposed pink granite with clay and quartz
