1x Côte de Brouilly 2023 / 13.1 %
Since we’ve made a Cote de Brouilly in 2020 we kept dreaming about a new opportunity for this cuvee. In 2023 the grapes were harvested at the lieu-dit Le Poyebade. The vineyard (quite sauvage) lays on the west side of the mountain Brouilly with the hight of 370m, which is quite impressive. The lieu-dit Poyebade is in appellation of Cote de Brouilly. Because of the location the vineyard is only having sun during the afternoon, this is why there is such a great mix of ripeness and freshness at the same time. After a maceration of almost 2 weeks we pressed this cuvee and later on we aged the wine on used Burgundy barrels for 10 months.

Because of personal cravings for a great voluptuous and creamy burgundy white we decided it’s time for us the make it our self. No Burgundy Chardonnay, but Beaujolais grapes. We joke with the name and called it Poelignié-Monthieux, a wink to our Burgundy neighbors. Direct press and aged for more than 11 months on a Burgundy barrel from 2017. Production of just 260 bottles

Naturellement Petillant. Press direct Gamay. Disgorgement after 4 years aged on the lees. Zero dosage.
1x Nuits Noires 2023 / 12.2%
While making our baby Joujou, we kept some of the grapes for Nuits Noires. The vinification method is quit the same, the only thing we changed is an open top fermentation and a part of it aged on used Burgundy barrels which give it a different touch. It’s a special cuvée to explore.
1x Sang de Terre 2023 / 12.8%
Since we decided in 2022 to dig 2 Georgian Qvevri’s in our garden, we knew we had to do something special with it. After our experiments with different grapes and periods of maceration it was clear for us. We love the grape Pinot Noir and decide to do very long macerations with it and since vintage ’22 our cuvée Sang de Terre was born. After 10 months maceration we decided it was ready to press. With a small bucket we must take out all the grapes and we press it with our wooden basket press. After pressing it also spend some time in barrel.

Kûki is a fermented, sparkling, low alcohol drink. made with gamay, fruits, herbs & flowers all harvested at our domaine. to be sure this is not a beer, cidre or wine but it's a bit between it all. want to have a drink but not to much alcohol or enjoy Kûki after a wild evening full of amazing bottles as a last drink
