Treat yourself and your loved ones to our Holiday wine box. There's nothing better than sharing a good glass of wine together during the December days and creating new memories around the table.

In order to serve you well for the holidays, we have put together a special and limited box (1 box max. per person)

Details of the box:

1x Tonic of Wildness  2021

Naturellement Petillant. Press direct Gamay. Disgorged after 4 years aged on the lees. Zero dosage.

1x Poelignie- Monthieux 2024

Because of personal cravings for a great voluptuous and creamy burgundy white we decided it’s time for us the make it our self. No Burgundy Chardonnay, but Beaujolais grapes. We joke with the name and called it Poelignié-Monthieux, a wink to our Burgundy neighbors. Direct press vinified and aged for more than 11 months on a oak barrel.

1x Aptemiz 2020

Born from experimentation, Aptemiz reflects our curiosity for long macerations of Chardonnay. 2020 is the inauguration vintage of this cuvee; the grapes were hand-destemmed on a wooden board, then vinified and aged in amphora. For this year the grapes have been macerated for one mooncycle.

1x Joujou 2024

This is where our adventure began / our baby Joujou / made from old Gamay vines (65–75 years old) right next to our house, where our sheep and kune kune pigs graze and work during the winter months. Throughout the rest of the year, it’s mainly our own hands doing the work, and the result is truly special. The terroir is a mix of decomposed granite, quartz, and clay. Yields are naturally low because of our working method and the ‘vieilles vignes’ at our domaine (around 15 hl/ha maximum). The grapes undergo a semi-carbonic fermentation in concrete, with a small portion of direct-press Gamay blended back in. After pressing, everything is brought together in one large fiberglass dome, where the wine has space to finish fermenting and “dance” while aging.

1x Mayga 2020

In Lantignié, at one of the higher parts, the Gamay vines lives on a granite soil. We did a maceration of almost 2 weeks in concrete, after pressing we aged the wine on used barrel. Mayga has a classic but rustique character. A wine you can drink in front of a fireplace during winter but also great to drink a bit chilled during summer. This is the first vintage of Mayga and 2020 is well known for a warm vintage.

1x Sang de Terre 2023

Since we decided in 2022 to dig 2 Georgian Qvevri’s in our garden, we knew we had to do something special with it. After our experiments with different grapes and periods of maceration it was clear for us. We love the grape Pinot Noir and decide to do very long macerations with it and since vintage ’22 our cuvée Sang de Terre was born. After 10 months maceration we decided it was ready to press. With a small bucket we must take out all the grapes and we press it with our wooden press. After pressing the wine takes a nap of 1,5 month in barrel.

All our wines are naturally made unfiltered, unfined, wild-fermented and without added sulfites.
