6x Côte de Brouilly AOP 2023 / 13.1 %  

Since we’ve made a Cote de Brouilly in 2020 we kept dreaming about a new opportunity for this cuvee. In 2023 the grapes were harvested at the lieu-dit La Poyebade. The vineyard (quite sauvage) lays on the west side of the mountain Brouilly with the hight of 370m, which is quite impressive. The lieu-dit Poyebade is in appellation of Côte de Brouilly. Because of the location the vineyard is only having sun during the afternoon, this is why there is such a great mix of ripeness and freshness at the same time. After a maceration of almost 2 weeks we pressed this cuvee and later on we aged the wine on used Burgundy barrels for 10 months.
